Executive Membership Policy & Terms
Hour Inclusions & Bookings:
- Hours apply within Metro Atlanta (trips beyond Atlanta are quoted separately).
- Minimum of 1 hour applies per booking.
- Service time begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at drop-off (garage-to-garage charges do not apply within metropolitan Atlanta).
- Unused hours do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Billing, Charges & Upgrades:
- Fees are billed month-to-month in advance. Pause or cancel membership prior to the next billing cycle.
- Additional hours are billed in 15-minute increments at the locked tier overage rate.
- Gratuity, taxes, tolls, parking, and airport terminal fees are not included.
- Priority vehicle category requests apply; model availability is subject to priority access guidelines. Upgrade fees apply for specialty categories.
Cancellation & Grace Periods:
- Ride cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours prior to scheduled start time to avoid hours deduction.
- Extended waiting time beyond the complimentary 15-minute grace period will be billed at the overage rate.
- Special peak holiday/event surcharges may apply to select bookings.
